SEPTUROL^®

PROTECTION AND REHABILITATION OF THE URINARY TRACT

Composition.

Active ingredients: D-mannose, Cranberry extract, Boerhavia diffusa extract, Phyllanthus niruri extract, Saccharomyces boulardii, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Selenium.

Medical and biological properties of components.

The physiological effect of Septurol^® is due to the properties and synergism of the active substances that make up its composition.

D-mannose is a natural simple sugar that is excreted almost 99% unchanged in the bladder, where it develops its protective effect against pathogenic bacteria that cause urinary tract infections. Bacteria, in contact with the molecules of D-mannose present in the urine, attach to them and are easily excreted during urination. Thus, D-mannose has anti-adhesive properties, it prevents the adhesion of pathogenic bacteria to the epithelial cells of the mucous membrane of the bladder. D-mannose is a natural alternative to uroseptics for urinary tract and bladder infections.

Cranberries have antibacterial activity due to the high concentration of proanthocyanidins (PAC). These are natural substances that cause damage to the bacterial membrane and prevent the reproduction and adhesion of uropathogenic bacteria to the epithelial cells of the urinary tract. Acidification of urine, due to cranberries and vitamin C, creates an unfavorable environment for the growth and reproduction of pathogenic bacteria in the urinary system. These effects of cranberries promote rapid leaching of infectious agents and help prevent colonization of the urinary system by pathogenic microorganisms and the development of inflammation.

Boerhavia contains, rotenoids, lignans, flavonoids and sterols. Boerhavia has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, diuretic and antispasmodic effects, which helps reduce clinical manifestations and exacerbations of chronic recurrent urinary tract infections. Boerhavia reduces the excretion of protein in the urine, which is important in nephrotic syndrome, as well as reduces edema associated with impaired renal function.

Phyllanthus niruri contains a large number of biologically active substances, including flavonoids, alkaloids, steroids, tannins and saponins, which activate the mechanisms of general cleansing of the body, stimulate the main detoxifying organs, especially the liver and kidneys. The pronounced antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and antioxidant effects of Phyllanthus niruri are complemented by diuretic and litholytic properties, which helps reduce the clinical manifestations of nephritis, cystitis, urolithiasis (oxalate, urate, carbonate and phosphate constants in.

Saccharomyces boulardii are a symbiotic with antimicrobial, antitoxic and immunomodulatory properties, due to which it is highly active against a wide range of pathogenic microorganisms. Saccharomyces boulardii inhibit the development of obligate enterotoxic anaerobes, disrupting their pathogenic adhesion, help eliminate the inflammatory process and the development of dysbiosis. Enhanced non-specific immune protection is due to increased IgA production. Genetically determined resistance of Saccharomyces boulardii to antibacterial agents justifies the possibility of their simultaneous use to protect the normal biocenosis of the gastrointestinal tract.

Vitamin A is a powerful antioxidant, improves cell regeneration and fights free radicals. Vitamin A increases the barrier functions of mucous membranes, increases the phagocytic activity of leukocytes, as well as other non-specific factors that affect immunity. Vitamin A prevents infections in the digestive tract and urinary tract.

Vitamin C strengthens the immune system, protects against viruses and bacteria, accelerates regenerative processes, affects the synthesis of a number of hormones, normalizes capillary permeability. Helps prevent the development of bacterial infections in the urinary tract.

Selenium is a powerful antioxidant, stimulates antibody synthesis, and helps increase protection against infectious and viral infections.

Indications for use: It is recommended to be taken as a food supplement with a physiological effect that improves the function of the urinary system and has a positive effect on reducing the risk of developing inflammatory processes of the urinary tract and bladder.

Dosage and administration: Adults and children from 12 years of age 1 capsule 1-2 times a day, in the morning and at bedtime, after emptying the bladder, with a glass of water for 2 - 4 weeks. It is recommended to consult a doctor before taking. 

Contraindications: Not recommended for children under 12, pregnant women, nursing mothers and in case of individual sensitivity to the components of the product.  When used in the recommended doses, no side effects were detected.

Nutritional Supplements. The product is not a medicine. GMO Free.  Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet. Do not exceed the specified recommended amount (portion) for daily consumption.
